New Recipe Ideas

I have discovered something that is a hit in my household.  A very refreshing drink:

Melon Sherbert and Gingerale.  Instead of ice I use scoops of Sherbert.

A friend of mine shared this dip recipe with me.  The first time I did not drain the Pineapple but you know what?  It was still good, just soupy.

1 package of cream chease
1 can of pineapple (drained)
diced bellpepper (to your taste/liking)
Celery salt (to your taste/liking)

Mix well.  You can try any type of variation you would like with this great dip.  The first time I made it I used green onion instead of celery salt.
