Homestyle Tri-Bean Soup

Todays weather - Beautiful,which inspired tonights dinner.

I did not soak my beans. I put them on to bowl for a couple of minutes then sat them aside for a couple of hours with a lid on them. Then drained them. I put water in the pot. (I don't measure just what looks like a good amount) then I added some Kale, minced garlic, onion, potatoes, Olive Oil there also was a smoked seasoning pack included with the beans. (Yes I used my Pompeian OlivExtra Premium Mediterranean Blend)

Simmered a couple hours and this made for a YUMMY dinner. Loved it, will definitely do again. Next time I think I will add chicken Italian sausage. I found these beans at Publix (Hurst Family Tri Bean Soup) and so glad I did.
