I received this recipe in my weekly Tupperware newsletter.
Sun-dried Tomato Bread
Makes 1 loaf
Serves 12
2½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1½ tsp. kosher salt
1½ tsp. Simple Indulgence Italian Seasoning Blend
½ tsp. baking soda
1¼ cups buttermilk
2 large eggs
1½ tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. oil from sun-dried tomatoes
1 jar (8.5 oz./241 g) sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, oil reserved
2 green onions, chopped in Chop 'N Prep Chef
2 cloves garlic, chopped in Chop 'N Prep Chef
4 sprigs flat leaf parsley, chopped in Chop 'N Prep Chef
½ cup shredded provolone cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350° F/176° C. Spray 1½-Qt./1.5 L UltraPro Casserole with cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, combine flour through baking soda. Set aside. In the base of the Chop 'N Prep Chef with blade attachment, combine buttermilk through oil. Pull cord several times to combine. Pour over flour mixture, whisking to combine. With a Chef Series Chef Knife (8"/20 cm) finely chop sun-dried tomatoes. Fold remaining ingredients into batter with a Saucy Silicone Spatula. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 55-65 minutes.
Quick substitute for buttermilk: Add 1 tbsp. lemon juice or white vinegar to 1¼ cup milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then use in recipe.

What I love most about Direct Sells
Yes, call me different. I take great joy in being different. I enjoy meeting different people. You never know who you are going to meet and what I think is so great about that is each person has a story, a chapter in this thing we call life. I enjoy not just meeting people but getting to know them. Thru my journey I have met so many people that I would not have ever met if I was not doing what I do. How boring would that be? Sometimes we can lock ourselves into our own little world and miss experiencing life thru the eyes of others. The world is such an amazing place and it so awesome to see it from other views. It is like opening up the window and seeing things you never knew existed.
I met someone this morning to deliver them a catalog and in talking found their home had caught fire and they were needing to replace their products that were damaged. Wow, did you ever think that only you have circumstances? When you get out and meet others we learn this is life and everyone has their challenges. It is when we get out and greet the world life's challenges become just that, a challenge not a problem. They only become problems if we let them. I am always up for a good challenge. Being in direct sells is also a challenge. You are challenged everyday as to what you are going to do with it.
So what I love most about Direct Sells is meeting the people. You say "what about the money"? That comes automatically if you are meeting the people. When you do things from the heart you can't go wrong. You have to find your WHY and enjoy it. There was I time I knew no one, I was just that person that blended in with the group and never talked. Now you can't get me to be quiet. Loving life and living it to its fullest, truly blessed beyond anything I could imagine. So thankful and excited about who I am going to meet next.
Have a super Tuesday and remember to smile and enjoy today.

Homestyle Tri-Bean Soup
Todays weather - Beautiful,which inspired tonights dinner.
I did not soak my beans. I put them on to bowl for a couple of minutes then sat them aside for a couple of hours with a lid on them. Then drained them. I put water in the pot. (I don't measure just what looks like a good amount) then I added some Kale, minced garlic, onion, potatoes, Olive Oil there also was a smoked seasoning pack included with the beans. (Yes I used my Pompeian OlivExtra Premium Mediterranean Blend)
Simmered a couple hours and this made for a YUMMY dinner. Loved it, will definitely do again. Next time I think I will add chicken Italian sausage. I found these beans at Publix (Hurst Family Tri Bean Soup) and so glad I did.

As the weekend comes to a (oops already) close, and the new week begins, what are you the most excited about this week, What are your goals, plans? What is your passion? I am excited about it being a new week, I look forward to all the new opportunities that await me, new people I will be meeting. Overcoming last weeks challenges. There is so much to be thankful for and I look forward to greeting this week with my whole heart and enjoying every bit of it.

Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate Mousse in Minutes
1 cup heavy whipping cream ¾ cup chocolate‐hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)
¾ cup sour cream 1 tsp. cinnamon vanilla spice from Tupperware
1 cup fresh raspberries 1 tbsp. raspberry flavoring (optional)
Place heavy cream in base of Whip ‘ N Prep. Whip until stiff peaks form, place in bowl. Clean base of
Whip’ N Prep, and add chocolate‐hazelnut spread, sour cream, and spice, turn handle and beat until
smooth, a minute or two. Gently fold into whipped cream mixture with Silicone Spatula. Serve individual
serving container or Snack cups and chill in refrigerator until serving. Garnish with raspberries.

Yummy Dinner
Here is a delicious easy to make dinner! I love Sweet Italian Sausage with onions and peppers, but I have stayed away from the sweet italian sausage because of the ingredients. I also love Pinterest. I kept seeing this wonderful picture of Sausage, potatoes, onions and peppers in a pan and you threw it in the oven and wow what an easy dinner, and yes it looked Yummy!!!
So this last visit to the grocery store I was in the meat asile and so tempted to purchase a package of sweet itialin sausage and of course couldn't bring myself to do so and returned it to the shelf. Then I came upon the Greenwise, yes at Publix my favorite grocery store. There they had organic greenwise chicken sausage. So I did not hesitate and put it in my cart. So last night I decided that was for dinner. I had also received a bottle of Pompeian Oil (full size) from Smiley 360, in which I am a member of, to try and share with my friends and give my honest opinion of the product.
So I took a baking pan lined it with foil then poured (I never measure) lightly coating the bottom of the pan, sliced 4 potatoes and then placed my Greenwise Chicken Sausage on the potatoes. I then used a generous amount of Italian Seasoning by Tupperware.

Then baked at 350 degrees for about 30.
Then I added fresh sliced onions and peppers and returned to the oven for another 10 - 15 minutes.
At dinner my husband said they were the best saugages, he said they had the best flavor. I then told him it was the Greenwise Chicken Sausage all natural ingredients. He was impressed. Enjoy and let me know if you try it!

What are your thoughts about these recommendations? I can't get past the part that says "women with no symptoms". This troubles me deeply. From my personal experience of being diagnosed with stage 3B Endocervical cancer I did not experience any signs or symptoms till the tumor grew. All my other symptoms were just normal premenopausal symptoms. So I recommend women to know their bodies if something is out of the norm for you don't feel funny questioning it. Remember when we were children we always asked "WHY", well as adults there are somethings we need to know the "WHY"and a good doctor will take the TIME to explain and/or hopefully back up with facts. Don't go with "probably"remember 'WHY". The pelvic exam is also so important if you have the right person performing the exam. When the trained eye gets a good view they can see that there is abnormal growth or suspicious areas. I will never forget after receiving an abnormal pap being told oh it is nothing just menopausal symptoms. The blood gushes were just polyps nothing to be concerned with and was prescribed birth control. Several exams no mention of any abnormalities. When I finally got to see the MD not the nurse practitioner she not only could see but also felt the tumor. So I go with get to know your body and don't be afraid to find out the "WHY

Happy Labor Day
Hope you have had a great Labor Day Holiday. I remember growing up and watching the Jerry Lewis Telethon. I always looked forward to it, knowing I was able to stay up all night and watch it. This year never heard anything about it so I googled some information and found out it was on for 3 hours. Since Jerry Lewis is not on there anymore seems like it has completely changed.
